Friends and Family Survey and Quality of life Survey

Background:

Online healthcare survey to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

Concept:

These logos were both designed for same purpose, Friends and Family Survey, and Quality of life Survey. The concept of this logo and brand design was to depict collectiveness of friends and family. Using colourful transparent colours, and bringing letters together, overlapping it and reducing the opacity for visibility. The font used has a serif which also gives an impression of community holding hands.
